App stores

  • Prioritize Obtainium. Many app configurations for Obtainium can be obtained here, and for apps that aren't in here, it is most of the time as easy as copying the Github/Gitlab/Codeberg link to the app's repository and adding it in Obtainium.
  • Use the Graphene native store to install the Play Store might you need it, and also to keep Graphene apps up to date.
  • Accrescent has some cool stuff like AppVerifier, Molly, IronFox, etc. You can get it from the Graphene app store.
  • F-Droid is also an option but I don't use it (until Schildichat forced it onto me). It has some flaws, which aren't that bad, but they exist.
  • As a last resort, there is the Play Store. Note that in Graphene land, the Play Store app has as much access to the system as any other app, which is not a lot. Read more here: Sandboxed Google Play
